What do members of our church do in and outside of church? They find many places to serve each other as well as those outside the church in the following ministries.

Congregational Peanuts – These delectable, crunchy morsels, prepared by a dedicated group of church members, are sold throughout the year as a fundraiser for the church.

Country Fair – An annual November event. Hundreds of delicious turkey and biscuit luncheons with all the trimmings are served at the church or as a carry out meal. Baked goods, cheeses, kitchen items and other specialty goods are available for purchase. All proceeds are used for local and worldwide projects supporting the church’s outreach mission.

Food Pantry – A local organization coordinating donations of fresh and processed food for those in need in our area through ongoing collections from our church and other churches, businesses and individuals.

Fort Atkinson Preschool and Childcare – A non-denominational, non-profit, self-supporting facility, located in our church’s lower level. K-4 preschool is also offered at the facility.

Jefferson County Wisconsin Habitat for Humanity – A nonprofit, ecumenical Christian housing organization that works in partnership with people in need from all walks of life to build, renovate, and repair homes so they are safe, decent, and affordable.

Lend-A-Hand Society – A group of church members whose motto is “Look Up and not Down, Out and not In, Forward and not Back, and Lend-A-Hand” can be found assisting the everyday needs of the church from folding bulletins to preparing funeral luncheons and countless other ways to “lend-a-hand”.

Meals on Wheels – coordinating drivers to deliver nutritious meals to homebound people in Fort Atkinson.

Music – Hymn singing during worship is part of our tradition at both of our services. Adult and children’s choirs, hand bells, traditional and contemporary music enhance our worship experience.

“Our Daily Bread” Nutrition Center – Provides a nutritious noontime meal prepared in our church’s certified kitchen at a very low price for seniors and friends, as well as a welcoming spirit to warm the hearts of all who attend.

Prayer Chain – “Prayer Warriors” notified via e-mail of requests for prayers for church members and friends.

Quilt and Shawl Ministries – Comfort and prayers to anyone in need in the form of a quilt or a shawl.
